Shipping info
Unless otherwise noted in the product description (ex. if the piece is part of an ongoing exhibition), items purchased through the gallery shop will be shipped through the United States Post Office within one to two business days of the purchase. A tracking number will be provided once the package has shipped.
Items from current exhibitions will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of the CLOSE DATE of the exhibition.

For items purchased through the Main Street Arts online gallery shop:
Please contact the gallery immediately if an item is delivered damaged. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must contact the gallery within 36 hours of receiving the items for information on how to receive a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping back to the gallery. Items must be in the same condition as they were when shipped from the gallery and shipped in original package and packing materials.
Workshops:
Workshop sign ups are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges for another workshop. We have this policy because instructors for each workshop purchase materials and plan accordingly based on the number of participants signed up. If you are unable to make it to a workshop you have signed up for, you can transfer you spot to a friend or family member. Please notify us within 24-hours of the workshop date if someone else will be taking your spot.
